I received an aiding and abetting at a checkpoint on our way home from a pre-season football game and later in the early morning a DUI when I went to check on my wife at the Union County Jail when the officers there wouldn’t allow her a phone call . John did a fantastic job in getting me off on both accounts. I highly recommend John and his staff in assisting you in any DWI or DUI instance you may have incurred.

I recently received a “Following to closely” and was pretty scared as to the extent of such ticket. This was my first ever ticket and I really didn’t know what to do so i scheduled an appointment with John Painter and he was absolutely wonderful. John was not only a pleasure to deal with but he helped with my ticket and had it dropped. Not only keeping my insurance from skyrocketing but also kept me from having to show up at court at all. After reading all John reviews I have to be honest. I understand people don’t know how the system works. I’ll break it down for you. John is knowledgable and understands what it takes to get you off a Dui. My case took two years and endless hours but this only benefited me when it was time to get tried. The officer couldn’t remember specifics in my case and John ate him up. If you want a lawyer to get your dui case over with quickly John is not your man. John told me from the start this will be a long process if I’m going to win. He takes his time and does things strategically for a reason. You pay a lawyer to fight for you, John is a winner and I’ll make sure I mention his name to anyone that ever needs counsel. FYI- John not only got my dui dismissed he represented someone I worked with and got BOTH of his dui’s dismissed. Gods honest truth!

Mr. Painter was 100% there for me when I needed him. I’m not too familiar with the area and really needed an Attoney that was positively recognized in Monroe. I hired John Painter after the first consultation, upon finding him forthright and to the point. I paid a one time fee, and although the courts stretched the process into almost 20 months, he did not ask for more money. The case turned out just as he predicted, and I was very satisfied with the results.
